Literacy is an essential skill for success in life. Volunteer tutors help adult learners gain the skills they need to get jobs, read to their children, and become active members of our community. The Literacy Council Project of the FRC is offering a free, daytime training session for new volunteer tutors on Feb. 20 & 27, 8:30am-Noon. If you have a couple of hours of week to donate to helping an adult improve his or her reading and English, please contact Jo Ann Dent, Literacy Council Project Coordinator, 920-457-1888 or frcliteracy@excel.net to register.
