The Literacy Council Project is a volunteer-based program that supports the literacy needs of adults and children in Sheboygan County. Our Adult Literacy Tutoring program provides free, one-to-one literacy tutoring to English and non-English speaking adults. Our Partners in Reading program provides trained volunteers to elementary schools to share the joy of reading and support positive reading development for students in grades 1-3.
